About the Piano Teacher

Laura Elston trained in performance and composition at the Royal Conservatory of Music and at Queen's University at Kingston. She studied pedagogy at the Suzuki Kingston Institute and the Bigler~Lloyd-Watts Piano Pedagogy Program. Teachers and mentors include Donna Gobin, Karen Kimmett, Carole Bigler, Valery Lloyd-Watts, Clifford Crawley and F.R.C. Clarke. Laura has been teaching music since 1988; she learns something new every day.
